Shipping Policy

1. Eligibility for Shipping

Physical products are only shipped to addresses in regions where we currently offer shipping services (primarily within the United States). We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations due to logistical, legal, or safety reasons.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, as noted on the product page.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Available options at checkout may include:
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S. only)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs (for international orders, if offered) are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions (if any) apply only to eligible items and specified regions, as stated in the offer terms.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package’s status.

6. International Shipping

At this time, The Story of Wood LLC primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, additional fees, customs duties, taxes, or import regulations may apply—and these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: Notify us within 7 days, and we’ll correct the error promptly.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the item, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If unresolved, contact us within 5 days of the delivery notification.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

8. Returns & Exchanges for Physical Goods

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Please contact us before returning any item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Note: Digital course purchases are governed by our separate Refund Policy and are not subject to this Shipping Policy.
